Challenge # 526 - Wrap It !

Hi there, it´s Wednesday and time for a brand new Challenge at Little Red Wagon. It's me, Imke - I am your hostess this week and I hope you like my play on words:

" Wrap It ! "

As the Christmas season and the run on gifts begins, I want to see everything around "packaging". I think about small handmade gifts, gift card holders, beautifully decorated boxes, images with gifts on it...and...and...and.....suprises me !

In keeping with the first Advent, I made small "Advent Calendars to Go". Details on my blog.

Now it's your turn, please link up your project below ! I'm looking forward to seeing your projects and visiting you on your blogs.

Also don´t forget to visit my team mates and looking at their wonderful creations.

Challenge #525 Featured Projects

Wow! What amazing and fabulous creations we had for our "Snow Much Fun" challenge last week. Even though I picked the challenge theme, I'm not overly fond of snow but LOVED each and every entry. Thanks so much for sharing your work with us!

I had a difficult time narrowing things down for our Featured Projects post. However, here are a few that have particularly caught my eye.

Congratulations everybody! Please be sure to grab our badge for your blogs!

Challenge #525 - Snow Much Fun!

It's time for our newest challenge here at Little Red Wagon and this one is "Snow Much Fun". This is your opportunity to include absolutely anything to do with snow on your projects - from snow forts and igloos to snow people to snowy landscapes and snowflakes. If it involves snow, you're good to go!

I used a pair of friends from MFT's Festive Friends stamp set as a focal point on my card and placed the friends atop a snowy background. Plus, one of those friends is made of snow! While I'm not a fan of the white stuff myself, I do always enjoy a friendly snowman.

Please join us by creating your own snowy project and then link it up below. I can't wait to see what you make!

Wednesday is the day for a new Little Red Wagon challenge and today also happen's to be my son's 29th birthday (for the first time =). I thought that made it perfect to challenge you to share your birthday cards/creations this week.

I dusted off my Cameo and made this card for him -

Challenge # 523 - Don't Be Shy!

Happy Wednesday, all! This week the challenge is "Don't Be Shy" which just means that we want to see projects with more than two words on them. Lots of ways you can do that...say something more wordy than a simple "happy birthday" or "Merry Christmas" (like "warm birthday wishes" or "Merry Christmas to you"), use a quote instead of a sentiment, use a background word stamp or stencil or you can even use text patterned paper! Lots of ways you can join in!

And remember, we're not just about cards....you could make a bookmark, layout, pocket page, altered item, tag - any papercraft goes!

This is what I did...

As you can see I've used some text paper and a three word + one number sentiment.  (If you want to use a number as a "word" I'm okay with that.)  So, I wasn't shy at all!

If you want more inspiration be sure to check out what the Girlfriends have made.  Then head on back here and link up your project.

Can't wait to see what you create!
