Challenge #305 - Clean and Simple

Welcome to Little Red Wagon and another fun challenge!  This week I would like to see clean and simple.  You know... less is more, clean lines, not too busy or cluttered :)

This is the card I created for inspiration.

I used an adorable digi stamp of a herd of sheep - or should I say choir of sheep?  Then I added a dashed border and a button and layered it onto the background. Super simple!

Now it is your turn.  Start by visiting the Girlfriend's blogs to see their fabulous creations and be sure to leave some love when you do.  Then while you are totally inspired by their great designs, create your own clean and simple card and link it up below.  We will stop by to check it out and you might even be featured next Tuesday!

Challenge #304 ~ A Colour Challenge:Pink, Turquoise, Green

Good Wednesday Morning.  Welcome to a new week for a new challenge at Little Red Wagon.  It's Heather here and I am your hostess this week.  The challenge is something we have not had in a long time, a colour one.  Use pink, turquoise and green on a card.  I picked these three as they are three of my favourite colours.  You can add some kind of neutral or even another colour as long as these three are the main focus.

I coloured up Mini Birthday Fhiona from Your Next Stamp with coloured pencils on a tag added to the card.  I used some Cuttlebug Embossing folders to give the colours some depth.  A few faux flowers and voila, a cute birthday card.

Please take the time to visit the other girlfriends, see their cards and leave them some love.  Then come back here and link up a project of your own using PINK, TURQUOISE AND GREEN.  I will be back with my top picks on Tuesday and promise to visit each of your blogs.

Have a GREAT day.

Hugs, Heather

Challenge #302 - Vellum

Hello Everyone

I'm so excited to be hosting my first Little Red Wagon Challenge this week!! :)  This is challenge #302 and it's to use vellum on your card.

I hope you will join me and the Girlfriends and participate in this week's challenge!

I have been using vellum on many of my projects lately and love the softness it adds to projects.  It's a great way to add dimension as well as softening up some of those really vibrant patterned papers that we all love but are sometimes too much to use on our projects.

This is the card I created for this 'Vellum' challenge.  I used vellum to add dimension to my cloud layers on this card.  All the stamps and dies are from Lawn Fawn. My birds and bee were coloured with my Copic markers.  I hope my card as well as the cards from the Girlfriends inspires you to create cards using vellum and sharing them with us !!! :)

Thanks and Happy Scrappin'! :)
