Challenge #544 - Mix 'Em Up!

Happy Wednesday all! (Thanks to Girlfriend, Kate, for getting the Linky up for you....and for reminding me what day it is!) This week the challenge is "Mix 'Em Up!" which just means that we'd like to use products from more than one company on your projects. For example, perhaps you'll use a stamp your favourite digi artist with paper you picked up at your local scrapbook store. Or a die one company with a clear stamp from another. Or patterned paper from two (or more!) different manufacturers.  Feel free to use products from as many companies as you like....just make sure there's more than one! And make sure you let us know how you mixed 'em up.

And remember, we're not just about cards....you could make a bookmark, layout, pocket page, altered item, tag - any papercraft goes!

This is what I did....

I used a digi stamp from A Day For Daisies with some paper from My Mind's Eye.  There's also some gems from Kaiser Scrapbook on there.

If you want more inspiration be sure to check out what the Girlfriends have made. Then head on back here and link up your project.

Can't wait to see what you create!

Challenge # 543 - Blue

Happy Wednesday, everybody!
Doni here and I chose "Blue" for the challenge this week.
Anything goes as long as it has some blue.

Here's what I did:
The sentiment and the card base look black in the photo,
but they're actually Navy Blue.
Here's what I used:

The stencil (source unknown) for some reason had eyeballs in the center???
I didn't want them so I just taped over them.
The sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp.

If you want more inspiration be sure to check out what the Girlfriends have made.  Then head on back here and link up your project.

Can't wait to see what you create!

Challenge #541 - Coffee, Tea or Water?

Hello Friends! It's time for a new challenge at Little Red Wagon. I've chosen the theme, "Coffee, Tea or Water?". I'd like to see any kind of beverage on your creations - or used within your creations (such as a pen holder made from a pop can). I'm even happy with a dog by its water bowl or a fish in the ocean! Given our unsettled world, crafting can be a wonderful escape and excuse to relax. Please interpret this challenge however you wish - even if it means you had a cuppa before, during or after creating. Use the time as an escape however you need to.

I used a Your Next Stamp cutie, Ellie Loves Lattes, for my card. I had fun colouring her, even though I realize I'm best colouring critters and not anything with hair! Still, I enjoyed my time with the news off. I hope you'll do the same while you create.

Please join in the fun by checking out the rest of the Girlfriends' projects and then creating one of your own.

Above all else, we wish you and yours health and safety at this time.
