Happy Wednesday, all! The challenge this week is "Aw, Man!" which just means that we want to see those masculine projects. I don't think that needs any more explanation.
And remember, we're not just about cards....you could make a bookmark, layout, pocket page, altered item, tag - any papercraft goes!
This is what I did....
Can't get a whole lot more masculine than that!
If you want more inspiration be sure to check out what the Girlfriends have made. Then head on back here and link up your project.
Can't wait to see what you create!

Challenge # 533 - Books!
Hi!
Isn't it amazing how fast Wednesday's roll around?
January is a good time to curl up with a good book, so this week
I'd like to see anything connected with books or reading.
You could a sentiment with lots of words, or book pages as a background.
I can't read without my glasses, so glasses on your card would work!
Here's what I made:
I used the really cute stamp set called "Our Story" from My Favorite Things.
I made this card and matching bookmark for my cousin who loves to read.
I tried talking her into trying a e-reader ( I Love my Kindle!), however
she says that she just likes the feel of turning the pages in a "real" book!
Here's a quick tip:
When you're trying to figure out what colors to use here's what I do.
Look through your mountains of patterned paper and choose one you like.
Use the colors in the print and they'll be sure to look good together!
Now it's your turn, please link up your project below !
I'm looking forward to seeing your projects and visiting your blogs.

Challenge #531 - Have Your Cake and Eat It Too
Happy Wednesday! I'm both thrilled and embarrassed to be this week's hostess at Little Red Wagon. I'm thrilled because it's my turn to host which is always fun. And I'm embarrassed because it's my challenge and I messed up! I had chosen the theme "Have Your Cake and Eat It Too" meaning that I'd like to see any sort of baked goods on your projects - from cakes to cupcakes to muffins, pies and cookies. If it's been in the oven, it's good to go! My last challenge of 2019 was "Snow Much Fun" and even though I created a project for that challenge, I thought it was this week's theme. Ugh! Anyway, I've got a cake box project from January 2012 that I'll share as I simply don't have time to create something new for this week. I'm so sorry!
Here's the project I did create for this week. One of the "ingredients" IS wonderful. And I suppose if his carrot nose was baked in the oven, I could sneak in - but that really is a stretch!!
Please link up your own baked goods projects below. I love sugary treats so am especially excited to see what you create!

Challenge #529 - Use Your NBUS
Happy New Year to everyone! We are ringing in 2020 with a challenge to get your creativity started or to keep it going strong. It's Brenda and I'm doing the MC duties this week. I've been doing a major purge of my studio and found so many wonderful things I'd forgotten I even had. I would love to see you look for and use your NBUS (Never Been Used Schtuff) to create. I would also really like to know what NBUS you used.
I've been working on a major purge of my studio and foundmany a couple NBUS. To make these tags I used a Stampin' Up! set I got a couple years ago and the mulberry paper is probably 20 years old with the price tag still on it. The sentiments are stickers from a card kit that I have probably had at least 2 years. -
