Challenge #855 - Happy Earth Day

Welcome to a new Little Red Wagon Challenge!  This week I am asking you to help us celebrate Earth Day by recycling or reusing something create your paper craft project.  You may have a snippet of ribbon or twine, or a piece of corrugated cardboard for example.  I've seen some great homemade "washi" tape made using old books or junk mail.  Use your imagination, just be sure to let me know what you have reused/recycled.

Challenge # 854 - That Song

Happy Wednesday, all.  This week the challenge is "That Song" which means we want to see those projects that get inspiration from a song or music.  It doesn't have to have song lyrics on it, if a song inspired what you created - it's in!  And, if you're stuck for ideas, a birthday card can always be inspired by the "Happy Birthday" song and Christmas creations can always be inspired by a Christmas carol.  We aren't too strict here at LRW, just let us know how the theme relates to your make and it's all good.  (:

Challenge #850 - Signs of Spring

I live in a tropical paradise, but have noticed signs that spring is upon us. We have beautiful florals and color all year round, but come March you start to see tiny avocados and mangos forming and the plumeria trees quit shedding their leaves. I am beginning to see all those miracles so my challenge to you is to create something that illustrates signs of spring in your area. This could mean using spring colors, typical spring flowers. trees budding or the return of birds that leave for winter.  Maybe you would like to use baby animals or something Easter inspired.

I used yellow and green which are spring colors to me and this darling little fawn to create this card -

Everyone has a lot of scraps lying around. Paper, Die Cuts, Images, Ribbon - you name it. It´s too good to throw away, so they should be used from time to time. I worked with paper strips and numbers from my scrap box.

Iʻm Seeing Red #845

Itʻs new challenge time over at Little Red Wagon, and Iʻm the hostess this week. I came up with "Iʻm Seeing Red". Translated, it means Iʻm looking for red on your projects. Even if you donʻt do Valentineʻs Day, you can still join the fun. And remember, we're not just about cards!
