Hi there.
Jayne here with this weeks challenge, and as the title suggests I'd like you to roll back the years and create something with a 'vintage' or 'retro' feel.
I stumped myself with this one initially as I couldn't quite decide which route to take!
Eventually though, I decided on a little 'vintage'.
Hopefully you'll get a chance to play along with this weeks challenge and link up below.
Take a moment to be inspired by the rest of the 'Girlfriends' too!
Have fun,
Jayne.x.

Challenge #203 - Black, White/Cream and Kraft
Hello everyone!
It's Rosanne with this week's challenge and it's a colour challenge to use only black, white/cream and kraft in your creation.
I made this card for my father's birthday a couple of week's ago, I thought the colour scheme was appropriate for a masculine card (not to mention the age!).
We'd love it if you would dig into those wagons and play along with us this week. We can't wait to see what you create.

Back to School Featured Projects
Lots of FAB Back to School Projects out there. I'm always so impressed by the colouring skills of so many of you (especially since I'm a real newbie at Copics and have never taken a class). Lots of great projects linked up this week, but these were some of my favs:
Lyndal--CAS at its best!
Jackie -- she linked up a couple of projects, but there is so much great detail in this mini-album
Lilia -- I love the fussy-cut image on this soft and subtle design
Rachelle -- in contrast, I loved these bold primary colours and how the main image is placed in the corner (not typical), but it totally works with the other elements of the card to keep the card balanced.
Thanks ladies! Feel free to grab our "Featured" button in the sidebar!
Stay tuned tomorrow for our new challenge!!

Challenge #201 - Back to School
Happy September all! As a high school teacher, it's my first day of full classes today, so I thought it fitting to issue a Back to School challenge for you.
I want to see any school-related image on your project (apple, ruler, paper, books, etc).
This is more of an end-of-the-school year card, but I couldn't help but share it. I saw it on Pinterest a LONG time ago, and of course didn't Pin it (d'uh). Super easy to make with some circle punches, scallop scissors or border punch, and some book print. You could easily change the sentiment (I printed mine from Word). Perhaps, "Whooo's looking forward to a great year?"
