Challenge #538 - Featured Projects

First of all, I apologize that this post is a few hours late. There was still a bit of time left in the challenge when I went to select the featured projects and then, well, things simply slipped my mind! I woke with a start realizing that I'd forgotten the post and quickly got to work!

Challenge #536 - Wild One

Welcome to Wednesday and our latest challenge - Wild One! This week, we're looking for any sort of wild animal - from lions and tigers and bears (oh my!) to racoons, skunks, mice and more. We'll even accept feral cats! If it's an animal and you can imagine it out in the wild, then link up your project here!

I decided to make a little set of Valentine's Day cards using lions. I thought the sentiment went nicely with the challenge theme too! Inside, the cards read "Valentine hugs".

Challenge #535 - Aquarius the Water Bearer

Gosh, here we are already done with the first month of 2020! The current astrological sign for is Aquarius, the Water Bearer (January 20-February 18) so I though it might be fun to challenge you to create something with a water (unfrozen) theme. I want you to be thinking about rain, ocean, gosh even washing machines since they use water. Gosh, you could even put Aquarius on your creation.

The Story

One day a group of girlfriends got together to play with their papers, stamps, markers, ribbons, buttons and the rest of their seemingly endless supply of other 'have-to-have' scrapbooking and card making goodies. It was so much fun to talk, share, laugh and create with each other that they decided to create a blog that would motivate, inspire and challenge them on a weekly basis to use some of the supplies they have acquired. They also thought it would be fun to have all the other girlfriends out there join in and share their creations based on the weekly challenges. So, grab your wagon full of goodies (we know you have one!), get creative and have fun!
