Happy Wednesday, all! We're going to shape it up a bit this week.....notice that's "shape it" not "shake it"? That's because we want to see your shaped cards! No rectangles or squares allowed!
This is what I did.....
See, easy!

Featured Cork Projects
Well, it looks as though my challenge this week was more of a challenge that I thought it would be! We had only two brave souls that decided to give cork a try and their projects were lovely! So they are both being featured this week.
Ladies - you rock! Thanks so much for playing along! Please grab the Featured Button from our sidebar and proudly display it on your blog - you both deserve it.
Be sure to stop back tomorrow for a great challenge from Jan :)

Challenge #254 - Cork
Cork is such an interesting item to work with when crafting, so for this week's challenge I would like to see some cork creations!
This is a card I created using a cork sheet and a Tim Holtz die.
I used a second Tim Holtz die to cut the flower and then I added a gorgeous pearl flower for a beautiful layered look. The corrugated paper as my background was a perfect compliment to the textured feel of the cork.
Lastly, I created the card holder using an actual cork from a bottle of wine! Nothing goes to waste with just a little creativity.
Be sure to visit the DT blogs for more inspiration and then show us what you create using cork. Just link up your project below and then check back on Tuesday to see our Featured projects! Have a fabulous week :)

Challenge #253 - Back to School!
This week is back-to-school week for most students, so my challenge for everyone is to create a back-to-school card or gift!
I went with a card as my inspiration for you.
This wise owl would be great for either a student or a teacher and was created using my Silhouette. The little wooden ruler gave me the inspiration for the sentiment and I think it will put a smile on the face of the person receiving it!
Now it is your turn! Your homework this week is to create a card or gift for a student or teacher and link it up below. We will be sure to visit your blog and you might even be featured here next Tuesday!
Our Design Team has had some changes, so be sure to visit each of the Girlfriends who are listed below and on the side-bar!
Thanks for playing along :)
