Challenge #840 - Happy New ???

Happy New Year from all of us here at Little Red Wagon.  I have the pleasure of of kicking off the 2026 challenges.  Iʻm leaving this one to a certain extent, up to you.  The key word this week is new.  You can create a Happy New Year card or a new baby, house, job etc card or you could use a happy new technique or new stamp or new die.  Just let me know in your post how new relates to your project.  I mentioned cards in the description, but remember we are happy to see any of your papercrafted projects.

Iʻve chosen to use a new stamp and a new die to create a "just because" card.  I also tried something new by gluing gold metallic wrapping paper to a heavy cardstock to create a metallic cardstock.

Challenge # 839 - Use the Force!

Happy New Year's Eve, all!  We're here with our last challenge of 2025 - Use the Force!  That means we'd like to see those creations where some type of force was involved with the making.  So think, embossing folder, die cuts, foiling, crimper, punch, letterpress - if you exerted any pressure in the making of your project, it's in!  You could even make a case that stamping is using force, after all, if you don't press down on the stamp, you aren't getting an impression - so that's in too! 

And remember, we're not just about cards.  We'd love to see your scrapbook layout, journal page, bookmark, tag, altered item - any papercraft goes!

This is what I did....

As you can see, I've used an embossing folder for the background, as well as die cuts and a stamp.  Nothing to it!

CHRISTMAS CARD #838

 Hello everyone,

Chrissy here today as you hostess and a very easy challenge for this week, are you ready....

CHRISTMAS CARDS...anything you like big ones, CAS ones, over the top ones and not just cards, bring on whatever you have made and share with us..I don't mind, it is Christmas.

I made four of them..

they are snowy and bulky and have birds die cut out and wagons carrying the tree home and I made my own wagon wheels just with circle die and cutting straight bits of cardstock for the spokes..

lots of fun..

Challenge # 837 - J is for Just one Word

Hello and welcome back to a brand new Challenge ! It´s me, Imke and i continue with the A, B, C theme and this week it´s :

"J is for Just one Word"

As you know by now, I love CAS cards. Quick, easy, and yet great. This penguin is ideal because there isn't much to color. Plus, the saying is perfect for so many occasions – very versatile ! 

I'm looking forward to your projects and am curious to see which word you choose.
