Challenge # 476 - Not just Black and White

Hi there, it´s Wednesday and time for a brand new Challenge at Little Red Wagon. It's me, Imke - I am your hostess this week and I hope you like my topic:

" Not just Black and White "

I would like to see BLACK and WHITE projects with AN ADDITIONAL color.

Basically i used BLACK, WHITE and RED. Because of the "Shaving Foam" technique i used for my background  the BLACK becomes a GREY. I´m sorry for that.  I'm curious for which additional color you decide.

"Weihnachtsgrüße" is german and means "Christmas Wishes"

And now it's your turn, please link up your project below ! I'm looking forward to seeing your projects and visiting you on your blogs.

#475 - Purrs and Wags Featured Projects

I had such a fun time checking out all the "Purrs and Wags" projects over the past week. So much cuteness! I'd say that they all caught my eye but have chosen four to highlight here.

Challenge #475 - Purrs and Wags (House Pets)

Happy Wednesday and welcome to our first challenge of December!! I've chosen the theme "Purrs and Wags" and am looking for projects with or for house pets. If you have an unusual pet, no problem! If you're hoping for a hippopotamus for Christmas, then that works too! Of course, the typical cats and dogs are welcome as well.

I decided to go with a little pup on my card and went with a Christmas theme simply because 'tis the season.

Please join the fun this week by linking below. I look forward to seeing what you've created!

Featured Leftovers

Thanks to everyone for joining us last week.  I loved reading about your leftovers and seeing how you used them.  It was so great that several entries were something other than cards.  I stopped my self at 4 featured projects though I could have easily chosen 6.  Here they are in no particular order -

Please feel free to grab your "featured" button on the sidebar.  Stay tuned for the next challenge, it's going to be a fun one!

Leftovers # 474

It's Brenda here with another Little Red Wagon Challenge.  I thought since last week was Thanksgiving here in the US using our crafty "leftovers" might be a fun challenge.  I challenged myself to use things that were on my craft table.  I think if you use paper scraps from your stash, or an image you have previously stamped or printed or colored, it's a pretty open field, just let me know why you think it works for the challenge.

I have recently finished a couple of new releases.  As a result, my table is full of stamped images that are feeling very left out.  These guys were already paper pieced so here's how I put them to use -

I am looking forward to seeing your creations.  Remember we love looking at scrapbook pages, book markers, journal entries...you create it, I would love to see it.  We want your leftovers in any form!  Be sure to check out what the Girlfriends have made for our inspiration.

Hope you'll have time to join us!

Challenge # 473 - No Cards Allowed!

Happy Wednesday, all.  This week we're saying "NO, Cards, you are not welcome here!"  (But just this week.  (: )  We want to give all those other papercrafts a week to shine.  So, let's see those scrapbook, pocket and journal pages, those bookmarks, those tags, those altered projects and whatever else you'd like to make.  And, actually, I'm not going to limit it to papercrafts.  This week we'd also love to see anything you're working on.  Made a quilt or other sewing project?  Link it up.  Fancy-decorated a cake or some cookies?  We want to see.  Took a piece of furniture from drab to fab?  Yes, please.  If you made it/altered it/created it, it's in!

This is what I did....

I made a Christmas tree banner.  I really enjoyed making it too.  (:

If you'd like more inspiration be sure to check out the wonderful projects the Girlfriends have created. Then, head back here and link up.

Can't wait to see what you create!

Please come back tomorrow for a brand new challenge.

Challenge #472 ~ Remember When

Good morning.  Our theme for this week is REMEMBER  WHEN and that just means remember when you bought something for your crafting and never used it.  Basically just to use something from you "Little Red Wagon" or your stash.

I seem to be able to collect stamp sets but never use them.  Here's my card:

So, check below in Mr. Linky for some more inspiration from the other girlfriends and link up a project that you have used something you bought a while ago.  Looking forward to seeing your makes.

Challenge #470 - Featured Project

Thanks so much to those of you who joined in our "Regal and Royal" challenge last week. It was a delight to see the different ways in which the theme was interpreted. While there weren't too many entries, I still got a number of fabulous crafting ideas!

Challenge #470 - Regal and Royal

Happy Wednesday - and Happy Halloween! This week's challenge is "Regal and Royal" - anything to do with kings and queens, princes and princesses, castles and the like.

Quite often when I pick a challenge, I have something specific in mind, and often it's based on a newish product that I'm encouraging myself to use. I must have spotted some sort of prince/princess set and not actually purchased it for when it came time to make my project, I realized that I had nothing that fit the theme!! Fortunately, I found a fun digi stamp of the Princess and the Pea and went with that. I had lots of fun colouring in the image!

Please get out your own Regal and Royal products (or find something online like I did!) to create and link a project for this week's challenge. I can't wait to see your take!

I was thrilled by all the wonderful entries last week.  You made it tough for me, but I managed to whittle it down to the following especially wonderful projects =

Challenge #467 ~ Thankful for You!

Hello and welcome to the start of a new challenge.  My theme is entitled THANKFUL FOR YOU ~ I want to see all your wonderful Thank You projects.  Since we just celebrated Thanksgiving here in Canada I thought this theme was appropriate and who doesn't need a thank you card from time to time.

My take with an Autumn feel:

Check out the inspiration below from the other girlfriends and then link up a THANK YOU project of your own,.  Can't wait to see them all.

Have a good day!

Featured # 466 - Use a Stencil

Hi there !
A huge THANKS to those of you that joined us last week. We had lots of entries and I had a great time visiting your blogs to see all your "Stenciled" Projects.  It's not easy to decide on a few projects, but this time it was very tough. You've all designed beautiful cards / tags - so you're all winners. But i have to nominate some and these three.....ok, i choose four....had caught my eye - in no particular order:

                                                                    11. Esther

I like the vintage style and all the different layers on the tag.

15. Birgit
Isn´t it a lovely scene ? I totally LOVE it !
I like the background color, it makes the critters look very good with the strong red and browns.

I think it´s a perfect masculine card.

Congratulations, Ladies ! Don´t miss to grab our Badge from the sidebar to add on your blog.
