Challenge #131 - Stitch It Up!

Happy Wednesday! It's Joanne here and it is my turn to issue the challenge this week. I want to see everyone 'stitch it up' on their layouts, cards or projects using machine or hand stitching.

I created a card as inspiration.

I designed my card background and then I did some simple machine stitching around the edge. I love using my sewing machine to add an outline to my cards. I also added a little zig-zag stitch - just for fun!

Hi Guys, I'm sorry if you're getting sick of me. Stitching is my favorite technique and I do it on most of my cards.

The Story

One day a group of girlfriends got together to play with their papers, stamps, markers, ribbons, buttons and the rest of their seemingly endless supply of other 'have-to-have' scrapbooking and card making goodies. It was so much fun to talk, share, laugh and create with each other that they decided to create a blog that would motivate, inspire and challenge them on a weekly basis to use some of the supplies they have acquired. They also thought it would be fun to have all the other girlfriends out there join in and share their creations based on the weekly challenges. So, grab your wagon full of goodies (we know you have one!), get creative and have fun!
