Challenge #199 - Layers!

Welcome to this week's challenge which is to use at least 3 layers on your project!  Kind of like a triple layer cake!  I love layers as they allow for lots of dimension and crafty goodness!

I decided to make up a note card that has a few layers on it!  Seven to be exact!


There are four layers of matting and then 3 layers of paper-piecing on the coffee cup.
