So what does that mean?
Well your card or some element of the card (image, embellishments) needs to have some dimension. Whether you choose a fancy fold, use dimensional adhesive or layers on the paper and embellishments, the options are endless. Just remember no flat allowed for this challenge!
I created dimension with both my card and my image, making a centre step card using a digital image from Sassy Cheryl (Bubble gum fun).
