Challenge #565 - Anything But A Card

Wow, the first Wednesday in September and it's Brenda here with a new challenge for you. I would love to see what kind of crafting you have been doing. I find it has become even more important to me to have time in my "happy place" when it seems that everything else is going haywire.

I would like to see your "ANYTHING BUT A CARD" creations. You can certainly still do paper crafts, for example bookmarks, tags, banners, scrapbook pages... or, you could show us some jewelry, needle crafts, painting, ceramics...the possibilities are many.

For me, I decided to delve back into stained glass using glass that was crated long ago by family members. I've started honing my skills with small projects to use up scraps. Here is a picture of a sun catcher I made -

The Story

One day a group of girlfriends got together to play with their papers, stamps, markers, ribbons, buttons and the rest of their seemingly endless supply of other 'have-to-have' scrapbooking and card making goodies. It was so much fun to talk, share, laugh and create with each other that they decided to create a blog that would motivate, inspire and challenge them on a weekly basis to use some of the supplies they have acquired. They also thought it would be fun to have all the other girlfriends out there join in and share their creations based on the weekly challenges. So, grab your wagon full of goodies (we know you have one!), get creative and have fun!
